Charlie currently serves as the manager of both our Orlando and Kissimmee stores. A Florida native born in Daytona Beach, he started with Ben's in 1978 as a delivery driver. He became the manager of our Deland store when it opened in 1983. In 2001, he was offered the challenge of managing our Orlando store and has helped it grow to one of our premier locations.  In 2008 he gained the added responsibility of overseeing the Kissimmee store as well, so on any given day you may find him traveling.  He's an award winner, having received the Ben's Award for Leadership in both 2002 & 2008, the Pursuit of Excellence Award in 2005, and the inaugural Ben Kimball Legacy Award in 2009.  Charlie has a daughter that attends college at USF in Tampa. He is a big NASCAR fan and enjoys tennis, biking, disc golf and walking. He is continually dedicated to customer service and the success of Ben's as a whole.

Kenny's lifetime business experience has been in paint sales.  Before coming to Ben's he was both a counterperson and a manager.  He moved from his home in Largo, FL and became a part of the Ben's team in Dec. 1998.  He served as the Orlando store manager until 2002 when he switched to outside sales.  Although primarily home-based with the Orlando store, he also serves some accounts in the Kissimmee and Longwood markets.  His success in sales is marked by his accomplishments, having received the Ben's award for Sales Excellence in 2004, 2006 and 2007.  Kenny has grown to appreciate the family atmosphere he experiences while working at Ben's.  In his free time, he enjoys the beach, the gym and spending time with his family.

Dave got his start in paint in 1997 doing non-destructive inspection in Louisiana's petro-chemical refineries and later working in three architectural paint stores in central Florida. He considers himself a paint geek since he is intensely interested in all facets of the painting industry and even owns an antique paint can collection! Covering almost an entire third of Florida, Dave never sees the same thing twice in the same day. Whether he's visiting friends who paint scenic elements in Jacksonville, above-ground storage tanks in Plant City, electrostatically painted military equipment in Melbourne, sign cabinets in Lake City, or powder coated gates in Deland, it never gets boring. Constantly striving to add value to the relationship between Ben's and our customer-friends, Dave feels he has the best job in the company. He has received the Ben's Sales Excellence Award in both 2006 and 2008. His hobbies are antique and off-road jeeps, target shooting, and growing his mustache. Miguel currently serves as an outside sales specialist for the Kissimmee, Orlando and Longwood stores. He has been in the auto paint business since 1980 and joined the Ben's team in 2008.  Rising fast, in 2009 Miguel received the Ben's Dedication Award.  A native of Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Florida in 1989. He has a son and enjoys hand paint striping and doing airbrush work on cars and motorcycles in his spare time. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Jamia is a Florida native and serves our Kissimmee, Orlando and Longwood markets in outside sales. She comes to us with both inside and outside sales experience in general distribution and joined the Ben's team in 2004, quickly catching on to the nuances of the paint business and developing her product knowledge.  This progress lead to her receiving the Ben's Award for Sales Excellence in 2009. 

She enjoys the work, its variety and the customers.  Outside of Ben's, Jamia is a pet rescue advocate and a supporter of the Humane Society.  She has two children she is very proud of: a son who plays the guitar and is a "computer genius", and a daughter who she says is good at just about everything.  They have even helped her install paint mixing systems!

Joy joined our team in 2001 and currently serves as an inside sales specialist. She started her career in the auto refinish business in 1988. Joy gleefully assists customers with their latest endeavors. She is award-winning too! In 2004 she received the Ben's Award for Outstanding Sales Associate and in 2005 received the Dedication Award. Joy is the wife of Kevin Wolfe, who serves in our Longwood store. Stop by and take advantage of Joy's vast PPG knowledge.

Tanika currently serves as an inside sales associate and delivery dispatcher. She is a Florida native, born in Orlando. She joined our delivery team in 2001 and in 2003, received the Ben's Service Excellence Award in that capacity. She was promoted to the counter in 2004. Then in 2007 she received the Ben's Award for Sales Associate of the Year. Tanika is single and enjoys working out and spending time with her family and friends.

Amber currently serves as an inside sales specialist. She has been in the auto paint business since 1996 and joined our team in 2005.  In 2009 she received the Ben's Award for Sales Associate of the Year.

Dennis currently serves as a color specialist in the industrial segment of our company. He single-handedly fulfills all of the industrial paint needs for all of our store locations from here in the Orlando store. Born in Akron, Ohio, Dennis moved to Florida when he was 9 years old and has been in the auto/industrial paint business since 1963. He joined the Ben's team in 2005. In that year and in both 2008 and 2009, he received the award for Color Specialist of the Year. Dennis is married and has 2 daughters, 4 dogs and 4 cats! He enjoys bowling and tinkering on cars. One item that Dennis is proud of is the many friends he has made in the business.

Eddie currently serves as a color specialist on the automotive side. He was born in Ambato, Ecuador and moved to the USA in 1981 (New Jersey). Having moved to Orlando in 1989, he joined the Ben's team in 2004 as a distribution specialist and was promoted to color specialist in 2006, during which year he received the Ben's Award for Color Specialist of the Year. Being fluent in both Spanish and English, he also assists with our Spanish speaking customers. Eddie is ambitious and looks forward to furthering his education in the automotive refinish business and plans to progress to other areas of our company. He is married and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys going to church and working for the Lord.

Earl joined the Orlando team in 2006 as a delivery specialist. Earl has 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Earl says he lives a good life and is a huge fan of the Florida Gators football team. Always caring about our customers, he received the Ben's 2008 Distribution Specialist of the Year award.

Phil came to us with a variety of interests, having been an office professional, a cab driver and even a musician!  Originally from Massachusetts, he moved to Florida - following his daughter and family, including his only grandson.  Phil joined the Ben's team in Feb. 2009 as a distribution specialist.  He enjoys the job as it keeps him outdoors.  The interests in his personal life keep him busy - all he needs now is more time and more energy....don't we all!
