Mark serves as the Longwood store manager and has been in the refinish industry since 1990. He got his start in a parts house that also sold auto paint. In 1992 he joined the Ben's team. Mark states, "My experience has given me much knowledge in auto, marine and industrial paint applications. I have a good reputation for troubleshooting customer paint problems as well as custom color matching". Mark also has very good knowledge of spray equipment and does gun repair in the evenings. Troy is the principle outside salesperson for the Ben's Longwood location covering Orange, Seminole and eastern Lake Counties. He has 32 years experience in the auto refinishing business and has achieved the status of PPG/NEXA Certified Distributor Technical Rep. Troy has been a team member with Ben's Paint Supply since 2002. In 2005 he received the Ben's Sales Excellence Award and in 2006, he received the award for Pursuit of Excellence. In his spare time he likes to go golfing, bowling, watching football (Go Seminoles) and working in his yard.

Christina's work life began in photography.  In 1994 she went to work for a competitive paint store before coming to Ben's in Oct. 2000.  Don't confuse Christina's bubbly personality with her serious ability to sell.  She's so good that you could walk out of the store with a bag of stuff and not even remember why you got it all - you just know you need it, because she said so!  She is a record holder, having received the Ben's Award for Sales Associate of the Year in 2002, 2006 & 2008!  In 2005 she also received the Leadership Award.  Christina is Kevin Wolfe's sister and therefore shares in the energetic DNA that seems to run in their family.  Her other family is her co-workers at Ben's; she enjoys the friendship and comaradarie.  In her spare time she still dabbles in photography.

Kevin was born in Charleston, West Virginia.  In 1973 his family loaded up the pickup truck with the camper top and tossed him in the back.  If you know Kevin, this could explain a lot of things.  He worked in the pizza "industry" for a couple of years before taking a job with a local paint supply business in Orlando in 1988.  He joined the Ben's team in Aug. 2000 with already 12 years of experience under his belt.  He managed our Kissimmee store when it first opened and for 2-3 years after, but ultimately transferred to Longwood as an inside sales associate.  He also does an exemplary job of inventory control there.  Like his co-worker and sister Christina, Kevin is an award-winning team member, having  received the Ben's Award for Sales Excellence in 2002 and the Pursuit of Excellence Award in 2007.  Kevin feels that Ben's allows him to work within the framework of his own personality; the choice to succeed or fail is his own.  Not that he should quit his day job, but if he did, you ought to hear him sing and play the guitar!

Before arriving at Ben's in Nov. 2002, Cricket came to us with over 7 years of experience in the paint industry.  She serves us as an inside sales associate and loves the family atmosphere of her store and being around her co-workers.  Cricket is a central Florida native, having grown up and still lives in Union Park, where the University of Central Florida is now located.  In her free time she enjoys softball and volleyball.  She is also working on her continuing education and one day hopes to become a registered nurse.  Cricket and her husband have two beautiful daughters and the whole family helps take care of the boxer and two dachsunds.

Having re-joined the counterperson sales team in June 2010, Tammy has come full circle.  She began her career working for an independent jobber store for 16 years.  Bob Penn, who is currently the Florida regional manager for PPG, was her boss.  In 1998, she joined the Ben's team and grew with us for about 2 years.  She left to try her hand at management, including almost 3 years with Sherwin-Williams, before "coming home" to Ben's.

Tammy was born and raised in Orlando and currently resides in the Oviedo area.  She appreciates the schools and small town atmosphere there.  She enjoys a variety of activities, including motorcycle riding, working in the yard, attending all kinds of racing events and most importantly, playing with her grandkids.  Of all the advantages of working at Ben's, she enjoys the people the most.

Linda serves as a distribution specialist and has been with us since 1998.  She is very dedicated to her work and in 2002 that was recognized as she received the Ben's Award for Distribution Specialist of the Year.  She has also done some paint mixing and a little fill-in at the counter from time to time.  She thinks that the people she works with are the best.  Born and raised in Orlando, Linda enjoys all kinds of sports but especially the most exhausting and mentally taxing of all.....Bingo.   Her family life is centered on her two children, a boy and a girl.

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Jamia is a Florida native and serves our Kissimmee, Orlando and Longwood markets in outside sales. She comes to us with both inside and outside sales experience in general distribution and joined the Ben's team in 2004, quickly catching on to the nuances of the paint business and developing her product knowledge.  This progress lead to her receiving the Ben's Award for Sales Excellence in 2009. 

She enjoys the work, its variety and the customers.  Outside of Ben's, Jamia is a pet rescue advocate and a supporter of the Humane Society.  She has two children she is very proud of: a son who plays the guitar and is a "computer genius", and a daughter who she says is good at just about everything.  They have even helped her install paint mixing systems!

Kenny's lifetime business experience has been in paint sales.  Before coming to Ben's he was both a counterperson and a manager.  He moved from his home in Largo, FL and became a part of the Ben's team in Dec. 1998.  He served as the Orlando store manager until 2002 when he switched to outside sales.  Although primarily home-based with the Orlando store, he also serves some accounts in the Kissimmee and Longwood markets.  His success in sales is marked by his accomplishments, having received the Ben's award for Sales Excellence in 2004, 2006 and 2007.  Kenny has grown to appreciate the family atmosphere he experiences while working at Ben's.  In his free time, he enjoys the beach, the gym and spending time with his family.

Dave got his start in paint in 1997 doing non-destructive inspection in Louisiana's petro-chemical refineries and later working in three architectural paint stores in central Florida. He considers himself a paint geek since he is intensely interested in all facets of the painting industry and even owns an antique paint can collection! Covering almost an entire third of Florida, Dave never sees the same thing twice in the same day. Whether he's visiting friends who paint scenic elements in Jacksonville, above-ground storage tanks in Plant City, electrostatically painted military equipment in Melbourne, sign cabinets in Lake City, or powder coated gates in Deland, it never gets boring. Constantly striving to add value to the relationship between Ben's and our customer-friends, Dave feels he has the best job in the company. He has received the Ben's Sales Excellence Award in both 2006 and 2008. His hobbies are antique and off-road jeeps, target shooting, and growing his mustache. Miguel currently serves as an outside sales specialist for the Kissimmee, Orlando and Longwood stores. He has been in the auto paint business since 1980 and joined the Ben's team in 2008.  Rising fast, in 2009 Miguel received the Ben's Dedication Award.  A native of Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Florida in 1989. He has a son and enjoys hand paint striping and doing airbrush work on cars and motorcycles in his spare time.
